1. No Purchase Necessary. The weekly "Where in Wisconsin is Jessica Doyle" quiz question is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, located at 201 W. Washington, Madison, WI 53708. The contest will run weekly September 2008 through May 2009 with the exception of winter school break. The deadline to answer the weekly quiz question is Thursday at 4 p.m. New clues will be posted each Friday by 9:30 a.m. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this contest.
2. How to Enter: Complete and submit an entry form with the correct answer online at http://whereisjessica.wi.gov. Limit one entry per person per week. However, contestants can enter each week throughout the school year. To be eligible, quiz answers must be received no later than Thursdays at 3 p.m. The Department assumes no responsibility for lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, late or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Students must have permission from their parent or teacher to enter.
3. Selection of Winners. All entries with the correct answer will be entered in a drawing held on Thursdays from which a weekly winner will be chosen at random. A brief description of the weekly prize will be included with the quiz question. The decisions of the Contest judges regarding entries and winners shall be final. Winners will be notified by email, mail or phone within five (5) days of the drawing date. Each Friday the winner's first name, first initial of their last name and their city (Example: John K. from Middleton) will be posted on the whereisjessica.wi.gov website. One grand prize will be awarded each semester. Students are only eligible to win one weekly prize during the course of the school year, but all weekly winners are eligible for the semester grand prize.
4. Claiming Prizes. Prizes will be mailed to the winner. The Department is not responsible for lost, damaged, late or misdirected prizes. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes may not be substituted and are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Eligibility. This contest is open to residents of Wisconsin in 4th through 8th grade in the state. The quiz drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to all the terms and conditions of these rules and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Department.
